We are based in Los Angeles where we hold workshops every three months. We also have upcoming workshops in Glasgow – Scotland, Dubai – United Arab Emirates, and more international dates and locations to be announced soon.
We teach proper lifting techniques to reduce athletic injuries and can help you with regimens to strengthen body parts that are prone to injury in a particular sport.
